Roles and responsibilities
- Analyze LC/MS data and prepare reports.
- Write code in R or Python for specific data analysis requirements.
- Apply statistical data analysis and machine learning tools.
- Testing of code.
Desired Candidate Profile
- M.Sc. in Bioinformatics or equivalent with demonstrated experience in analysing big bio data.
- Experience with R, Python and Biopython
- Familiarity with machine learning tools and concepts.
- Experience: 0-4 years after M.Sc.
